Miles Miskelly
Chief Executive Officer
Raised in Jackson, Mississippi, Miles grew up in a family business grounded in the Golden Rule. With an engineering background and over six years of experience as a commercial construction project manager, Miles brings technical expertise and strong leadership to G&M Electric Services.
His experience includes building operating rooms, major expansions, and complex commercial facilities. Miles leads with integrity, respect, and a passion for serving clients at the highest standard.
Sara den Beste, LEED BD+C
Chief Operations Officer
Sara brings more than 25 years of experience leading multimillion-dollar commercial, healthcare, municipal, and residential electrical projects. Her strength lies in Lean process execution, risk management, and strong team collaboration. Known for exceptional communication and diligent leadership, Sara consistently helps clients save money, reduce delays, and achieve high-quality outcomes.
Her career and leadership approach are shaped by deep faith, resilience, integrity, and a passion for helping people reach their God given potential.
Gary Eberhart
President
Born and raised in Dallas, Gary’s strong work ethic was shaped by his early years in ranching and dairy farming. His leadership journey began as President of Future Farmers of America and continued through a 30 year career in commercial real estate lending. In 2010, Gary founded a successful commercial roofing company, serving major corporations and healthcare organizations.
Gary brings stewardship, entrepreneurial vision, operational excellence, and a relationship first approach to G&M Electric Services.
Chip Miskelly
Executive Vice President
Chip is a lifelong entrepreneur best known for founding Miskelly Furniture, one of America’s Top 100 furniture companies. After selling the business, Chip pursued a dream long held in his heart: building a company alongside his son, Miles.
Together with Gary, Sara, and Ruben, Chip helped establish G&M Electric Services as a sister company to G&M Roofing. He leads with Christian principles and a commitment to excellence, believing every project should be completed on time, on budget, and with integrity.
Ruben Romero
General Superintendent
Ruben brings over 15 years of electrical construction experience and a calm, solution-oriented leadership style to every project. From apprentice to General Superintendent, he’s earned respect across teams for his steady presence, thoughtful problem solving, and commitment to collaboration. Even in complex or shifting conditions, Ruben keeps the focus on solutions that benefit the entire project team, consistently delivering work with excellence and professionalism.
